Hydromechanika is equipped in a modern, state-of-art equipment for CNC turning in tolerance class IT6 and IT7. Our machine portfolio contains 2-axis CNC turning machines for rotary components, as well as 3-axis lathes with live tools which provides capabilities of axial or perpedicular drilling and front shape milling of different geometrical features and 4-axis turning centres in C-Y axis configuration that allows to perform full 4-axis milling operations of geometrical advanced and complex components, eg. cams, cam-shafts, straight blade rotors, multiply pitch threads, prismatic components with multi-sided pocket-feature machining. Our outfit contains also CNC turning disc-type machines and vertical machins for machining of heavy rotary components.

Thanks to investments made in machines of the world-class machine manufacturers like, GILDEMEISTER, MORI SEIKI or DOOSAN INFRACORE, which deliveres a great rigidity while turning, the company can acheive machining of the hardest materials from the market, to provide and meet exacting dimensional and geometrical tolerances and first-class surface quality.
